Aren't I a human being?!! Don't I yearn and ache and SHOP?!! Don't I deserve love... and Addams Family Values on Blu-ray?

The first one is kind of stale, but the second one is one of the best and most underrated comedies of the 90s. So many golden one liners and such a deliciously mean-spirited sense of humor. And it's the best Thanksgiving movie ever

I have a feeling these will be released by Warner since they have a new sub-licensing deal with Paramount.

I literally had Addams Family Values in my hand yesterday at Frys and was thinking that I really hoped these would come out on blu soon.

Excellent news.

Addams Family Values is now 20 years and I guess they want to put AF/AFV for the 20 years on the Blu. So both good movie BTW!

Yes! Definately must have the first film. I'll see how I feel at the time if I want to pick up the far inferior sequel.

In for the superb sequel, and will probably pick up the FAR inferior original if the price is right.

Morticia: Wednesday's at that very special age when a girl has only one thing on her mind.
Ellen: Boys?
Wednesday: Homicide.

This is great news. I like watching horror movies during October but I also love making room for ligher fare like this.

Announce The Ghost and Mr Chicken and I'll be a very happy camper.

Oh, and as for first vs second...the second is (far) better but in a way it actually makes the first movie better. I liked the first one but didn't particularlty love it but after being totally blown away by the second I have a much easier time sinking into the first and really enjoying what they were doing.

I hope that they are releasing both movies and not 1 bluray single case with both movies. I'm ok with box sets, but don't like the 2 movies in 1 and such.

Agree with you completely. First one is OK, if rather dull. The second one is hilarious....the camp scenes and of course Joan Cusack as Debbie.
