Does anyone know what source is being used for the transfer for Death Ship? Just curious if any restoration/remastering work has been done for this new Blu-ray. Coincidentally, I haven't seen any reviews for the Blu. A couple of reviews have popped up for the DVD but not the Blu.

Amazon shows the release date for the Death Ship BD as December 18, now. Bummer.

Man...I am having NO luck ordering small titles this year.

Ordered DRACULA VS. FRANKENSTEIN 5 months ago and it's a no show. Ordered NIGHT OF DEVILS and amazon cancelled the order. Ordered DEATH SHIP. Ordered SANTA CLAUS CONQUERS THE MARTIANS but now Kino is confirming there's an error with the disc...but my bad copy is already in the mail.

Sheesh.

Well, they certainly won't win any prizes for hitting street dates! I usually like their discs but I don't think they've made anything in the last decade that streeted on time.

The funny thing is, every time I order a small title, I always add something to my order just so that I can qualify for free shipping. Those "order fillers" always ship but the title that I originally wanted is always delayed or cancelled.

When I ordered DRACULA VS. FRANKENSTEIN, I also ordered the old British comedy GENEVIEVE. Of course, GENVIEVE shipped last June

I ordered DEATH SHIP along with DARK STAR. DARK STAR has already been delayed once. I wonder what will happen now.

Hi guys, due to some technically issues with authoring of the Blu-Ray, we are moving the street date to 12/18. We are taking this extra time to make sure we are putting out the best Blu-Ray possible. Thank you for your support and keep checking back for more announcements!

It still says 12/18/2012 on the Amazon listing. Could their email to you be referring to an updated delivery date?

Thanks for spending the extra time making sure things get done right. I hope Death Ship sells well so more of these gems can get a high definition bump.

I know its been asked a ton, but what are the odds on getting "Final Exam" and "The House on Sorority Row" bumped up to blu-ray. There aren't a ton of slashers on blu and these two are huge. These are the ones everybody wants the most, including me.

I personally would also like 'Terror', 'The Pyx', 'Satan's Slave', 'Nothing But the Night', 'Goodbye Gemini', 'Silent Scream', 'Humongous', and 'The Devil Within Her'. Oh heck, as many as possible! They all are awesome!
