I saw a History Channel show (probably Modern Marvels) about television, and the future of it...... obviously they're stretching in a few areas..... but they were saying there was a flexible screen technology already available..... they were TWISTING the screen while it played.... very cool. Also they said walls could be PAINTED with a substance that would transmit signals, and you could use television technology to change the colors of your walls with the press of a button....... I think that's a stretch, but my sister has LCD in her windows for automatic tinting, so who would have thought that was possible 20 years ago......
