hopefully soon we will know how long the documentary is on the release of TDKR best buy edition and if its on a blu ray dis or download only

Any guesses on what the advertised price for the bare-bones Blu set will be?

I want that Best Buy bonus disc, "The Dark Knight Reborn," but I refuse to pay $25 or more for it.

BTW, I just downloaded TDKR to my computer too via Flixster.

Can someone tell me how to get this? I bought both TDK and BB steelbook in July. I've been wondering how to view the Reborn doc for a while now. Please help...

Step 1: Go here: https://redeem.flixster.com/ultraviolet/entercode/
Step 2: Enter UV code that comes with your Steelbook of Begins or TDK (paper insert inside case)
Step 3a: Login to your flixster account (or sign up) and Stream the "Prologue" directly through the site
Step 3b: Download the Flixster program (and any additional req'd apps) if you haven't, and login
Step 4: Select the Dark Knight Prlogue and download it to your computer

Sucks that it doesn't show up under Vudu as well. Would love to stream it through my ps3. Oh well will see how hdmi from the computer to the tv looks.

Is the Dark Knight Reborn doc only available on the steelbook at Best Buy, or will it also be attached to their regular copies as well?

no way. It showed up as a sneak peek of Reborn but it's the freaking full length Dark Knight Rises!! watching it right now and if it's any indication, the BD is going to look and sound absolutely fantastic! (9 Days)

Reborn has already been confirmed (via press release) to be available ONLY with the Best Buy exclusive steelbook. Whether it's an extra disc or digital is a mystery. I think that there will be 2 different special features discs-one on the regular combo and the other (w/ Reborn doc.)

It also comes with copies of the Trilogy at BB

download says it is in SD. Dunno about streaming

Doesn't that lay to rest all these questions (which still occasionally arise) about the length? And doesn't that suggest no disc? I mean, a whole disc for a 35 minute extra? I guess we won't know for sure for another week or so. But, at this point, it's still $10 more than at Amazon so I'm not switching.

Yeah, that's where we initially got confirmation that it was 35 minutes. It's just the new ad leak that makes it sound like the 35 minutes isn't the whole thing. Either way, one of them has to be wrong since they sort of contradict one another. I do think it is just 35 mins though unfortunately, and it's probably only digital too.

Best Buy will typically add a bonus disc with content instead of offering a digital download of bonus content. I'm not 100%, but I think Reborn will be on disc. I usually drink the kool-aid and pick up the Best Buy exclusives. It's always exclusive packaging, and extra discs (or altered to add content).

Yeah, I don't do the whole "digital" thing, I want a hard copy. I still have some Best Buy bonus discs from the old DVD days. If they come down before Amz ships ... but $10 for a digital download or a 35 minute short is a bit steep for me.

I just go with the regular version. It already got about 3 hours of extra features. Really couldn't Care less about the Best Buy edition if "Reborn" is a download and only 35 min. I mean whats the point.
