That's what I'll be doing. Strange that TT isn't offering them in the same month, unless they're hoping to get people to pick up some other titles to spread shipping costs.

Some TT titles have shipped on the official release date.

Some TT titles have shipped a week after the official release date (PAL JOEY was at least a week late).

There is no reason to think that ANYTHING should occur six days before the release date.

Don't get your panties in a bunch - it's a little slow around here, just thought I would spur some conversation. My copy is fully paid for so if it arrives tomorrow or December 28 it doesn't matter. But, I do have to stress that I have six TT titles and every one has shipped BEFORE street date. In a couple of cases, well before street date. I'll just leave it at that.

NOTLD was a special case since it had sold out well before the street date. There was no point in waiting for an arbitrary date when all the discs were already sold (and ready to go), so TT sent 'em out early.

I'm sure a few such as myself with spread the cost out and buy each on their respective release dates. With that said I do see these titles helping each other in the sales charts over the months to follow.

What a fantastic cover for Enemy Mine, Hats off Twilight Time! One of my favorites and that cover really encompasses the feeling of the film.

Just a heads-up that two more of our titles have reached the "fewer than 500 remaining" point:

FATE IS THE HUNTER on DVD - a terrific aviation thriller starring Glenn Ford, Rod Taylor and Nancy Kwan -
and
THE EGYPTIAN on BLU-RAY - a marvelous look at the ancient world starring Gene Tierney, Victor Mature, Jean Simmons Peter Ustinov and Edmund Purdom.

Both have been very steady sellers and supplies won't last much longer -- available only at http://www.screenarchives.com

Just came upon a March 2013 blu-ray release schedule showing CHRISTINE and THE FURY from Twilight Time...

The links take you to Amazon but there is no additional information.

Will be happily ordering both.

I just cancelled my initial Blue Lagoon order and re-ordered with The Egypitian Bluray.

Hope that I like The Egyptian. I've been sitting on ordering it for quite awhile. It's just so pricey for a blind buy.

The good news is that I've always been fascinated by ancient Egypt so I'm sure a film in that setting should interest me.

The Egyptian was taking forever to sell out - I thought Big Heat would be the next to hit 500 copies. It was smart of them to pair Christine with The Fury, although I was hoping for The Blob instead of The Fury, and was expecting the latter to be paired with Body Double at some point down the line.

This is from the Hollywoodbitc*slap.com site. I can't provide the actual link because the word "bitc*" is replaced with "*****" and will not link to the page.

What's with that, anyway? Is this site run by Christian fundamentalists or something?

What about "The Blob(1988)"!? Why don't Twilight Time release this gem on blu-ray?
