Excuse me? I saw it in IMAX twice, and his dialogue was mixed significantly louder than the rest of the audio, and others reported the same. Also, if you want to tell someone they're wrong, at least use correct spelling.

I saw the movie at the opening midnight showing at the Alamo Draftouse Cinema in Winchester, VA (not Colorado, unfrotunately) on a top of the line digital projector, and I remember specifically saying while the movie was playing, and after, his voice is louder than everyone elses. Much louder. To the point it sounded out of place. It's a healing mask, not a loudspeaker. The whole movie his voice is louder than everyone elses. The ADR team did not blend it well at all.

I will explain why this is proven even more by the blu-ray....

We all know that on dvds and blu ray, the audio is many times low, especially so when watching it on regular tv speakers... we have to put the audio higher up to hear things.

I noticed that with this movie, even when the volume was low and everyone was a little difficult to understand, Bane was still very loud and clear..I think this shows his voice is much more pronounced than others....

The scene that really bothered me with this was when he does his speech at the prison with Gordons letter.... it sounds like he is on a loud system and the prisoners in the prison who cant even see a tv are acting like they can hear him loud and clear, and they get super inspired... it really bugged me

Going to do a movie marathon of the trilogy this weekend. Hope I will like TDKR more my second viewing. Was disappointed when I saw it at the theaters this summer. My rating of the films:

I agreed with your rating.. I feel like I'm watching Inception 2 with TDKR. Definitely the weakest of the trilogy. I bet Nolan is burned out with Dark Knight.

I agree about the VQ complaints. The 35 mm shots are pretty soft. In my opinion it deserves 3.5 at best.

speaking of soft PQ. I hope they remaster "Batman Begin". It definitely deserve a better treatment.

Inception 2...? What the... I'm sorry but this is NOTHING like Inception. If you mean the style of filmmaking, then he's had this filmmaking style since The Dark Knight.
