![]() It's not about the slips though. It's about a company that refuses to take action when customers have complained numerous times about damaged product. How would one feel if you went to a grocery store to buy food and all the packages were open? Or if you went to buy a car and it had been keyed on the doors? Granted that is extreme but I'm trying to make a point. When a company is not training its employees and deliberately destroying its own product why should we as a consumer put up with it? We shouldn't and we should continue letting Target know how we feel till the decided to change their policy. Will they do it? Probably not but it does not hurt to try. |
