Tagliabue did nothing involving Payton. In fact, he put ALL of the blame on the coaches.

Buffalo spent a lot of money trying to improve their defense in the offseason and their points against and yards allowed per game are almost identical to last season's lousy numbers.

That's absurd. There's no way, that just means the officials have decided to ignore, or have completely missed, everything the Steelers have done wrong.
