I guess if the codes work, then that's the important thing.
I admit that's a great deal but I'm also suspicious on how he could sell such a high value for so low.

So the 2 that I got were Bourne Identity & Wedding Singer. Both in SD & HD on UVVU & Vudu. Not sure I will get anymore right now since everyone is saying their movies are ending up SD.

Don't know but all of mine converted just fine to HD.

Need to say thank you for bringing this to our attention too. Seems that some of our brethren have been holding out on us. I just dropped $25 on five titles the other day.

I don't think this board existed when they first converted to UV so I shared the info on another board (that obviously existed at the time)

Well this deal is good enough to know about that I might have to really consider converting my entire library. Now if CinemaNow can hurry up and exit the beta phase to eliminate the 25 disc limit.

I've also used it to purchase some Lionsgate and Fox titles that I have that aren't eligible for d2d. $15 for $50 credit is good enough for about 3 regular priced movies on CN. More when they do their sales.

This definitely needs some work, what percentage of discs are you guys having accepted? I've tried 5 discs, and none of them have worked.

Were they blu-ray or DVD discs? I should've clarified in my post that I was trying DVDs.

All DVDs. CinemaNow D2D is only DVD for now. Make sure the titles are on this list.

Great, thanks for the info.

Tried Mystic River, Troy, two versions of King Kong, and 3:10 to Yuma. None worked, yet they are all on the list. It said "Burned Disc" for all of them, yet ironically almost all of them I originally purchased from Best Buy.

Interesting. Just a guess but by any chance do you have any type of region free software installed that might be causing the CinemaNow software to think they're burned discs? Or maybe try and reinstall the software.

I haven't tried those titles but it seems odd that it thinks all of them are burned discs.

Nothing on my computer out of the ordinary, no region free software, etc. No known problems with the optical disc drive or the DVD player application either.

I think I will do a reboot and then re-install the software. Thanks.

If I were to take advantage of this deal, get the $75 credit and buy some movies (Like Pixar's BRAVE for example) on CinemaNow, would they also show up in my VUDU account as well?

Also, will you be posting the eBay link on here when the sale goes live?

No, in the case of your chosen example. The reason is because Brave is not a UV title. Disney/Pixar do not support UV. However, if you do buy a UV title, then yes, it will show up in your VUDU account. I tested this with the blowout sale for Resident Evil Extinction and had no issues.

This program looks like a good reason for me to go get some DVDs from my local library.

To add to what RandomNinjaAtk has stated, make sure the titles you're interested in have the UV logo shown next to them. If the logo isn't present on said title at CinemaNow then they currently don't carry that title as a UV compliant title.

Thank you both for the info. That helps me out tremendously!
