Wow... I really think no speaker is going to make you happy b/c you have not figured out what you are looking for in a speaker. Constant speaker switches (especially switching BACK) are a sign that these choices are just based on "the grass is greener on the other side"... not due to a need to hear an appreciable improvement. All your speaker changes are lateral movements, not upgrades.

But you won't be listening to anyone's advice anyway... even though you constantly (and will continue to) ask for input...

I second that... for me it took 3 different companies, first were the GoldenEar that were the best in clarity but not volume, then came Axiom which was the reverse, and now Aperion's which have given me both those things in one speaker.

Some might of been lateral movements, but, how do you know that if you never heard the speaker before. Every speaker I tried had its own signature sound. Mirages, omni polar, def techs bi polar with built in subs,Martin Logan EM ESL's Dipole ect.. Going from something like Paradigm Monitor 7,9's or studio 60's B&W CM9's to Aperion would be going sideways.
Also,I changed my receiver late summer and that alone make a huge impact on the sound. Now instead of the Martin Logan's sounding bright and thin, with little bass, they sound full, smooth with excellent punchy bass.
Asking opinions is all part of the search. If some people don't like it,they don't have to respond! You guys love my drama anyhow,so quit acting like you don't!

For the record, I don't enjoy your drama... no where near as much as you enjoy your own drama and being the center of attention. I am glad you are going back to Martin Logans though as the ML thread may now "love" your drama.

Someone should start taking bets... I give it 4 weeks...
