I found it interesting to hear that The Good Shepherd was available 'on the internet' in HD DVD format a week before the official street date.

It looks like unmanaged copy is becoming quite a liability.

I can understanf Fox's desire to put a stop to this. It will be interesting to see if the steps that each format takes are successful.

If BD+ works and new HD DVD keys do not, we could see a revolt from the HD DVD studios...???
