So, just so I'm following you guys correctly, this never-ending back-and-forth is over the letter 'y' being at the end of her first name, as opposed to the letter 'a'? Sometimes you've got to shrug it off, and move on. Mods are going to be deleting posts if you don't.

Your opinion, can't argue. But why argue with mind

Bane's costume wasn't anywhere near good enough to trump the works of a period piece.
A period piece has something to go after to form the look, BANE was created in the Dark (Mind) and brought forth to the light. Do you favor "Imitation" or "Creation" the choice is yours... recreation or creation...

Meh . . . it was moreso that the professor here, who has studied the intricacies of the production of this film, can't even get names correct. With no credentials, it doesn't really present a strong argument

The audio mix is certainly much better in Avengers than TDK. You still haven't elaborated on how TDKR is stellar in that department, btw.

I wouldn't necessarily say it's a better film though. I really wouldn't even compare them, but I like both equally.

If you want to enjoy your dinner, you've got to stop with eating it while you scan the forums. This will be 'Zodiac thread' all over again.

Avengers is crap compared to TDKR and I really enjoyed the Iron man movies, Captain America, and thought Thor was ok. Without Nolan and his batman films, comic book movies would never be taken seriously. Avengers was a huge overload of cheese that mostly appealed to fanboys and kids. I don't take anything in that silly movie seriously. Every frame, every scene of any film in the Dark knight trilogy is better than anything in the Avengers. That turkey is plagued with a lame plot, laughable villian, cheesy acting, an awful score, cutsey dialogue, poorly shot cinemathrophy, and a lame ending right out of Phantom Menace battle droids. It was a bad film. You might like it, you might get a thrill up your leg at the sight of costumed heroes battling fake CGI creatures in a mostly green screen NYC, but it is a dumb movie for kids.

Avengers is a poor man's Transformers 3.

I'm a Nolan fan and a big Batman fan and I'm not surprised that the movie didn't get any nominations. It was a great movie but not Oscar worthy

Proving my response to your Avengers post in the Oscar Noms thread earlier right.
