My girlfriend got me Dredd 3D today, I was really bummed Tuesday when Walmart was sold out of it, but they had it in stock today and she surprised me with it today. We watched it tonight and I really enjoyed the 3D, some nice depth with a few decent pop outs, I also thought the movie itself was really good. I don't understand all the complaining about the slo-mo shots, there are maybe 5 or 6 total, and they fit in with the movie really well.

Watched IMAX Born To Be Wild. WOW!What a GREAT 3D presentation. Only bad thing about it was that the run time is too short (41 minutes). But paid $15 for it so I guess it works out even. Glad I blind bought this one. Terrific 3D.

Watched DREDD last knight. Really good movie. Violently good!!! the slo-mo blood scenes are amazing. some times, the 3d was flat. But in general a good movie. I have a bit of ghostings on my system (LG 55LM6200). In avatar, no ghosting at all. Really strange.

Went exclusively 3D today, after buying a 3D TV during Christmas, used $60 in reward certs and sold my regular editions of these titles to co-workers... came out spending around $35 for all:

Watched resident evil retribution and I really don't know what to think.

The 3D was really great and the picture and sound are stunning.

But the movie itself? Probably what one expects from the series though I have only seen afterlife besides this.

Watched MIB 3. The 3d was cool, but the story was crapy!!!! IMO MIB 1 and 2 was better. Alot of monsters in those movies compare to the third installment.

I watched that one a while back, I agree about the great 3d in it, especially when they're walking through the jungle, just awesome.

Let us know how the 3D is? I'm curious about this title, but hated the first one as they butchered one of my favorite movies of all time.

Dredd was the last 3D movie I watched so far and thought the 3d was great in this movie especially with the part of the blood splattering towards the viewer when he gets shot.

The only thing was I didn't really like the movie all too much but did a blind buy listening to some of the forum members here.
