That's not what the discussion is. The 49ers D is overrated and they got exposed. It's meaningless to say they have a better D when they got *****slapped around the field.

Well what can I say? The Ravens came to play and they won. The Patriots looked at times lathargic and couldnt score when they needed to. The best team on this night won and my hats off to the Ravens. The Patriots will be back next year bank on it. All I know is I wont be watching the Superbowl this year....football for me is offically over.

but they got b*tch slapped around the field at New England (for a half at least) and at Seattle this isn't new, but the 49ers and Ravens certainly have better defenses than most teams around the league.

You gotta give Ray Lewis credit. He's done a great job in making people forget that he (at best) helped cover up a murder and at worst pulled an OJ Simpson. Bringing in god helps deflect a lot of past deeds.

@AdamSchefter: Update on Matt Ryan: Sprained AC joint in left shoulder. No surgery needed. Falcons now waiting to see if he still needs an MRI Monday.
