Default Wild Bunch and Dirty Dozen Trouble

Anyone had any issues with The Wild Bunch or The Dirty Dozen? I just received these movies and about half way through each movie my player(Pioneer BDP-95FD) locks up and won't respond. I have to turn off power, start from the beginning of the movie and skip chapters/scan to get back to where it froze and resume playback. No problems after that. I've never had this happen with any other of my movies. I'm running the latest firmware version for the player and since this hasn't ocurred with my other movies I thought it may be something with the movies as opposed to a player issue. Any thoughts?

Never heard of an issue with those movies.
Are the discs still in good condition or might there be some scratches / dirt on there? I know that a copy of Spider-Man 3 kept freezing on my 20GB PS3 cause it had a little hair on the disc!

I watched Wild Bunch about a month ago, no problems.

I bought The Dirty Dozen in January and have watched it with no problems, and I have a Samsung 1200. I love this movie and for an old title it looks pretty good.

I like that movie a lot. However, the transfer is not that great. Some scenes are sharp, then for 5 seconds the PQ resembles that of an old VHS. All together it is pretty good, but I have never seen those types of changes in the PQ of a movie.

Thanks for the feedback guys! I'll check the discs themselves again and watch them again to see if I can repeat the problem. It just seemed pretty odd that my player completely froze and I could do nothing with it until I removed power to the player and started it up again. Couldn't even turn it off by it's own power switch.

True, the Dirty Dozen is no I, Robot, but it looks pretty good for a movie 40 years old (give or take a year). I am thinking about getting the Wild Bunch in Blu-ray. I have it in standard and have so many new titles to get, I may buy this one during a lull buying period.
