The old amazon Steelbook mailers. Horrid things. You'd get more protection wrapping the Steelbooks in an old dunkie.

I was trying to get "more recent" feedback in case it was improving but it doesn't look like it. I'll give them a month or so to shape up

I'm not sure if VAT was already included in their list price like other stores. But when I made my order they didn't deduct anything.

No way i'm ordering from Zavvi. With that packaging, i might aswell just throw my money out of the window. Returns etc are horrible through Zavvi. Although they do always reply... 4 steels out of 7 have arrived damaged and by the 4th is where i drew the line

Zavvi steelbooks with this packaging for overseas <> NO GO!

yes, the price listed is what they charge you including some charges you dont expect, not sure why but they claim they are for shipping

so the site agrees that UK vat is included in the price but doesn't take the 20% off for non European deliveries. - cheeky fu##ers

Got my copy of Lawless from Zavvi today. Came in one of those cardboard mailers as was pictured in a previous post. No obvious dents, dings, etc. Let's hope my Black Hawk Down does as well

why death wish i order from them all the time never had problems(never steelbooks but i order 3 of each this time) for friends they pay for you to return movies if u dont want it

really? i just figured based on that packaging the steels would be destroyed by the time it reached the US.

never had a problem just ordering fast andfuries thetabs where brocken but i think i t was the mail man not zavvi
and they paid me back
( the mail men treat packages like crap)used to get tons dented from futureshop in canada then they moved the mail m an never h ad a problem a gain

cheaper then buying on ebay you c an return itt hey pay the shopping

i'll give it a shot then if they pay for return shipping if it's damaged and refund you. do you know how ot translate the NL text? Also, what is the shipping rate for zavvi?
