I bet Texas Ads are kicking them selfs by not forcing Mack Brown out. Texas is on the decline and Florida has the number 1 class. Will Muschamp has done a great job, so far at UF.

Jimbo Fisher is a hell of a recruiter, I just wish he was a better play caller. I would like to see us hire some one else to call the plays on O.

The Texas AD (DeLoss Dodd) is a dinosaur, just like Mack Brown. He's 73 years old and has been the AD for 31 years. The athletic department needs to clean house and get rid of Dodd and Brown.

Yeah, make or break year for Mack Brown. He has change every coach on his staff it's seems like every year now. Only person left to change is himself.

The mother of 5-star running back Alex Collins has stolen his letter of intent and gone into hiding. Collins committed yesterday to Arkansas but his mother wants him to go to nearby Miami. Collins does not live with his mother and instead lives with his coach. Recruits under the age of 21 must have a parent's signature for their letter of intent to be valid so Collins needs his mother's signature to sign a valid letter of intent, even though he doesn't live with her.

Kentucky and Missouri are the only SEC classes ranked below Arkansas so far... with Arkansas sitting at #31... way to go Bielema! well on your way to being fired in three years!

Ok, how the heck is Ole Miss raking in all these top-tier recruits? They're ranked #5 in overall class now with three 5-star recruits and many 4-star recruits.

Vanderbilt is another traditional SEC bottom feeder killing it. They have a top-20 class. James Franklin sure has turned that program around.

In total 6 of the top-10 classed ranked by Rivals are in the SEC.

Both Urban Meyer's old and new teams are killing it. Florida is ranked #1 at the moment and Ohio St. #2.

Penn St. is actually doing well with the #24 class considering they have seemingly endless sanctions for years to come.

Penn St is another surprise. They got the top QB is this class. I don't understand why you would go there, besides playing time. Auburn also stole some key guys today, didn't see that coming.

He said Penn State was so attractive to him because O'Brien can get him ready to be an NFL quarterback. Kentucky also has a somewhat impressive class by their standards, ESPN and 247sports has them in the top 40. I'm very pleased with Miami's class, we didn't have a ton of scholarships to offer and we got a lot of talent in need positions. Maybe we can still flip Collins over to our side.

It probably doesn't hurt to have teams like USC (2011) and Ohio St. (2012) have extremely successful seasons even on probation. If I'm O"Brien I'd point to those teams when talking to recruits. Just because you can't play in the postseason doesn't necessarily mean a school can't have a very good season and have it's players well prepared for the NFL.

If Penn St. is already getting top-25 classes this soon after the Sandusky disaster it speaks well for the future of the program.

Yeah, I think that would be the one and only reason I would go there. I was pissed you guys stole a big time guy from us Stacy Coley. He change his mind at the last second on us.

It's good to see both our programs back on the right path. It's pretty clear we each have the right coach in there now.

It looks like Ray Lewis III doesn't have the size his father does. Just realized he played his HS ball in Lake Mary right near where I work. He was a RB in HS. Not sure what position he'll play at Miami.

He's expected to be redshirted this coming season, but we'll be using him as a hybrid RB/WR. He has great speed, and we want to utilize that.

it's quite sad that when i read about how much Ole Miss was demolishing teams on signing day that i thought, "hmm.. there's probably going to be an NCAA investigation about that..."

it's too bad that bad teams can't just improve and get good and have it not look suspicious in this day and age. hopefully Ole Miss and Vandy are doing all the right things and not trying to walk a thin line (or just flat out run past it)
