I'm very into logos, no matter what the industry is, whether it's sports or other wise, I like logos and what companies do to improve their product.

JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS
OLD * 1995 - 2012.................................................. .....................NEW * 2013 - PRESENT

Personally, I think it was a bit of a surprise but I love it. It's rough and more detailed than the now older one. I've always liked their logo, but now this will grow on me. I always wished for the Detroit Lions to do something similar to this, I never really thought a full sketch of a lion was ever necessary

I don't think it takes away from them looking less intimidating but a jaguar has always been the lesser of the feline population compared to that of the Bengal Tiger and Lion.

BTW, I hear the Miami Dolphins are on the clock now to unveil their new logo for 2013

It's okay. It will just take some time getting used to. At first I thought it looked like a kitty cat, but after looking at a bigger picture. It's has a more realistic view of a jaguar. Out of 3100 votes on our local news site. 61% of them like the new logo. At work, there are mixed feelings. We're supposed to be coming out with new uniforms as well and I read that they're going to use more gold. Hopefully it will look sleek like the Seahawks uniforms.

Also the Jaguars are pushing for a bigger scoreboard which they say will be one of the biggest in the NFL. We'll see about that.

As for the Dolphins, I think they already came out with their new 2013 logo...

the old one with the lazy eye looks like it's going to fall asleep from the snoozefest the Jags were putting on the field

That Dolphins logo is not the offical logo, it is a rumor for now

The new logo sucks, it is a female Jaguar and it looks cartoonish and reminds me of the Thundercats cartoon

Whats with these teams making new logos all of a sudden?

Work on making the team better first and not a logo or jersey.

I don't see a big thing about the change..I like the old one better it looks tougher to me.

Same with the NBA and the hornets changing to the pelicans LOL.

Just leave the names and logos alone and win games!
