Default Finger prints on your eye glasses...

Does anyone HATE getting finger prints or smudges on their eye glasses and go out of their way to find the microfiber cloth to clean it off? I do and I it drives me nuts. I hate not being able to see clearly. Might have to get contacts but I can't put them in

Putting contacts in was hard at first, but I can put them in within 10 seconds without a mirror now .

I stopped wearing glasses a couple years ago and the crud that built up on my lenses drove me nuts. I just got new lenses and got the Crizal coating and it makes a world of difference. Much less dust and what not sticks to them and everything wipes off extremely easily, and nothing smears like it tended to do before. I'd recommend it

This kind of sounds like I'm living in some crud-filled environment I've got a seven week old and she likes to head butt and smash my glasses into my face. That and them getting pushed against my face through the course of the day, touching them accidentally, etc, and I'd get oil spots on them, which is what was the real pain in the ass, as it just smeared.

Because not everyone is comfortable sticking their finger in their eyes on a daily basis.

Wow, I can place my contacts in my eyes about as quick as I can count to three. But as per the question, when I wear glasses the oil buildup is annoying and I also do multiple cleanings per day.

because I used them way back in a day too much and my eyes got "scarred" cannot use any more.(long story -- have no stamina to write it here)

guess if it nice going to boxing training w/ glasses. one have to take them out and be literally blind while boxing.

glad that I'm so good at it

I do hate getting finger prints on my glasses and since I'm OCD, I kinda clean them very frequently. I can't really get contacts either due to the different conditions of both eyes, so... yeah. It's irritating.

no matter how much I try to avoid touching the glass, it always ends up with smudges.
most of the time I just use my shirt to wipe it clean

Yeah, it is annoying, but at the same time, it is easy to clean.

Yeah, I mean this is something that anyone who wears glasses deals with. Still not sure why this needed a thread or a discussion.

Bionic eyes sounds nice but they would be susceptible to emp blasts ( not good ) but I'm sure you'd get 20/20+ vision

Still trying to get to that easy part of cleaning them...still takes a min or two to get them perfectly clear. Especially the inner corner near the frame. I need lots of cleaning solution for that

Because I know some people who actually don't care if their glasses get dirty. I wonder then how many other crazies like me are out there! Crazies rejoice!

I think it was like an extra 60 bucks or something like that. Well worth it though.
