i jsut got an email saying my copy i pre ordered was on back order and would ship out within 30 days WTF???? any one else get this..... "Dear Zach Poland,

i migiht as well cancle and buy in store i cant cancel unitl monday due to the phone office is only open mon- fri and the email went out at exactly 11:55 knowing i couldn't call in tonight and ***** but i have a wal-mart gift card for like 50 bucks so i can jsut get it there,

but becasue i ordered it on a deal that was buy 2 get one free how would i get my money back they will just equal it out to me buying the others at a full 24. and i get no free movie so im ****ed i wouldnt have bouth them 2 other ones if i wasnt gettin i am legend for free

I pre-ordered mine a couple days ago from Buy.com and used Google checkout and received $10 off but they cancelled my order and gave me a refund. What the fu*k!!!!! I had an excellent deal on it and they f*ck it up!!! I am so fu**ing pissed.

I ahve ordered from them in the past and recieved this email. I still got my shipment on time though. Sometimes thier communication isnt up to par, but they CAN be a good source for a deal. You jsut have to be patient with the shipping. The only time you are charged is when the items ship. If they havent shipped you havent been charged. If you have a partial order then they have only charged you for what has shipped.

I can still remember people getting a ton of free movies from them becasue of the huge "bug" in their system. You might get lucky if you cancel and get some free movies. I personally would order from them agai if it was a good deal, but so far I have enough credit at Amazon to last me for a bit. I havent had to spend money on movies since Jan

Whoever is in charge of the shipping dept. needs to be fired. They ship discs in huge boxes with no packing. They also ship everything next day air. They have to be losing thousands of dollars for excessive shipping charges. Oh well, I do like getting my discs fast, luckily I haven't had any floaters yet.

They also ship items that they have canceled automatically cause they said it was on backorder for 60 days, they also ship when you call and confirm that it was canceled. And they still ship them - at least that was my experience last December/January. And for free apparently.

I just checked my order with WHV and it shows I Am Legend as "shipped". Guess I got lucky.
