I'll grant that "World's End" was an unholy mess that even the second movie wasn't...

But even this is coming from one who still doesn't understand the homicidal frenzies leveled at the Alec Baldwin "The Shadow".

As for films I liked but critics hated:

The Hot Chick
Across the Universe
Hollow Man
The Day After Tomorrow
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest
Awake
Captivity
The Other Sister
I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry
The Heartbreak Kid
Tommy Boy
10,000 B.C.
Funny Games
Semi-Pro
Rambo
Fred Claus
P2
Jumper

etc. etc. etc.
I have to agree with you on Jumper. It's not bad.

I gotta agree the critics were pretty harsh on Man on Fire. My wife actually got a little teary eyed at the end of this movie. No where near the stinker that the critics are making it out to be.

Most of the mainstream critics hate horror movies. I'm not even sure why they attempt to review them because the critical reviews are always so predictable.

Temple of Doom....

Even the director didn't like it, but it's my favorite of the series.

From Rotten Tomatoes:

The Shawshank Redemption

Only 88% (6 Critics didn't like it)

I thought it would get a solid 100% since it's one of the best movies of all-time...
