J. Law is awesome. She fell and she dont care. She's like honey badger.
She certainly did fine in Silver Linings Playbook and I am happy that a beautiful talented actress won the award . The film , her character and her performance didnt impress me very much but I will be happy to see anything she appears in for the rest of her career. She's a great talent and deserves excellent roles in the future (and more Mystique),
Also tonite is the first time I have seen footage of Amour. Yikes. that film looks depressing as hell. Riva looks like she did am amazing job in that performance. I have seen many Haneke films but this one looks very sad and honest and I will look forward to seeing it.

The Argo producer that isn't Affleck or Clooney played the Rock's sidekick in The Scorpion King, I got a kick out of seeing that.

DDL was well-deserved, but I thought Denzel in Flight was absolutely tremendous.

I knew DDL was going to win, I just really wanted Zel!

Congrats to Argo for the 3 Oscars, including Best Picture. And congrats to Life of Pi (my second-favorite film of the year) for winning the most Oscars of the night!

I didn't do as well as I did last year with my guesses. Only 13 correct out of 24. Barely 50%. Good thing I don't gamble on my Oscar picks!

By quantity of awards ..yes. Life of Pi may have won the most. But the Quantity of Awards Life of PI did not. Djangos Two awards for Best Supp actor and Original Screen play mean more than all of Life of Pi's Director and technical Awards.

Best Director is one of the top 4 oscars of the night and usually goes to the best picture winner. That Oscar is worth more than screenplay.

I will admit to saying that I only watched the Oscars just to see Seth MacFarlane, Ted(played by Seth), and Mark Wahlberg. Everything else about it was boring.

She was good until the scene with De Niro where she went off about the Eagles wins when she and Pat were together. That scene stunk up the whole movie and was so amateurishly acted that I cringed; she spent the entire scene showing us that she was an Actor, enunciating every attitude-accentuated syllable like Amy Fisher on Howard Stern. I don't know how O'Russell didn't sweat bullets during the editing of that scene.

Bradley Cooper gave the best & sweetest performance in the film and it's sad to see it marginalized by the Lawrence hype. Yeah, he got an Oscar nom, but it was nothing but a consolation prize, a product of the Weinstein machine.
