I don't see it as talking down. Maybe if he didn't even post the search results, which he did. It's more like teaching people to do their own research to avoid cluttering the forums with multiple threads on the same topic.

Agreed...There are so many useful tools on this site that people are unaware of e.g. the search function, and my personal the apocalist
