Default Do you disregard certain content ?

Maybe I've become and HD addict. I have DirecTV HD (w DVR), a Panasonic DMP-BD30, a Sony STRDE-4300 ES Receiver w all the advanced audio codec decoders, and of course a Sony 60" SXRD 1080p HDTV.

Now, I find myself avoiding standard definition DVD's or satellite programming that is not in High Definition, even though the movie offering is not yet available on Blu-ray. My Receiver and Blu-ray player, both can and will upscale those offerings, but I simply say in my mind I'll wait for it to come out in Blu-ray. I even find myself repulsed looking at 4X3 image, even if it's in HD, on my 16x9 screen.

Help, I need counseling [Jim]

Don't buy DVD's etc, but won't go out of my way to avoid it etc.
I mean, we have the option of SkyHD, but don't bother because frankly BD takes care of HD needs for content I really want to watch for now. Also can't be bothered to pay £200 for a box and £10 a month extra.

Maybe when it gets a little cheaper or when we get a better screen orr.... just some stage in the future when more content is actually in HD.
