I want Cap to win but Iron Man would win the fight. He's got too many weapons for Cap to overcome unless Cap gets lucky.

I'd have to have side with Iron Man on this one. Tony Stark is a genius not saying that Captain America is not smart but once Tony realizes that he can't go through the shield he will find away to go around it! Its not like Thor's hammer where it takes an unfathomable amount of force to prevent it from returning.

Now if it Steve Rogers vs Tony Stark......Steve would eat that Azz for lunch....
