I am curious about this since Pixar has recently been re-releasing a lot of their older movies in 3D. What do you guys think?

I think they will all eventually be re-released in 3D. Maybe not theatrically though.

Will All Previously Released Pixar Movies be Re-Released in 3D?

Probably, but IMO, not all of them will have theatrical releases.

Chief creative officer of Disney animation, John Lasseter said in November 2012:

the conversions are a worthwhile effort regardless of their commercial success.
"We're going through all of the Pixar titles just so we have them," he explained. "I just like it, it's kind of cool. How we use it and how it plays in the marketplace? I don't know."

@Toonami2014 It was completed years ago. Don't know of any plans to release it on Blu.

I'd even bet we get A Bug's Life re-rendered next, to "re-discover" the title, long before we get The Incredibles, just have to be patient.

Pixar has re-rendered all of their films in 3D, but I agree that it's gonna be marketed next to Planes.
