the entire 277 BDs i own are unwrapped however, around 29 to 32 ones i haven't seen yet. so the answer would be 0 wrapped BD movies. and maybe 30 i haven't seen yet.

0... I used to keep the wrappers on my DVDs until I watched them. I started noticing on films I had for a while (or new ones I purchased from Walmart) that the adhesive they use on the spine of the wrapper would bond too stiffly, causing it to stick even after prying the wrapper off. Also, the sticker on top (with the title) would leave gummy residue on the outer plastic holding the cover art...

I've got a lot of titles still sealed. Hell, I've got DVDs I haven't even broken the seal on yet! I estimate I'm in the 10-20 title range catagory for BDs. The only ones I try to watch right away are the blind buys. Like the OP, I've been purchasing them faster than I can watch them. I need to slow down and enjoy a few more of them before I buy more.

None are still wrapped. Once the disc is home, I unwrap it and set it next to the other BDs.

Zero... It bugs me to still have it on there, and of the almost 660 DVDs and Blus I own I have watched all but one... Stand By Me. Given as a gift, and I can always seem to find something better to watch

I always like to have something in the wing or ready to go when I am dry. I also don't open until I am going to watch it that instant.

0, I open them as soon as I get them. Especially, if they have three security stickers. I know I am in for an alcohol cleaning and want to get it over with....

I have just ones that I buy for a bargain (NCFOM) and plan on trading, but I do tend to buy bulk DVDs at big-box retailers and some of those are still sealed. Right now I still have Volver, Half Nelson, Criteron Contempt, and Little Miss Sunshine all still wrapped up since I've seen them all more than once. I just couldn't resist picking them up for $5 (or $25 for Contempt).

@Jason: Dramamine live is the best song ever. It's been about 7 years since I heard it, maybe 9, but it still rings completely clear in my head.

I open mine the minute they're out of the store usually. I've got about 40 I haven't watched yet, but that will come when i'm in the mood.

I open them up, inhale the scent of the new BD's, and put them on the shelf to watch at a later date.
