Have you ever tried switching out these Disney 2-disc vortex cases with 2-disc Viva Elite cases? I always do this for almost all of my Disney movies, as the Elite cases seem to fit better in their slipcovers. The original cases all seem to be a little bit tight from spine to spine on the Vortex cases while leaving a bit of a gap in the front area. You can usually see a small crease line down the spine because the case is pushing on it. The gap in the front can get crushed in pressure is applied to the slipcover, like if you were stacking them into a box or something.

If you don't keep your Disney slipcovers you almost have to stay with the original Vortex cases as the spine art is usually correctly designed for these slimmer cases. If you keep your slipcovers on it doesn't matter that the spine art is a little too narrow and I definitely prefer the way the slips fit on the Viva Elite cases. I only have like two Disney slipcovers that fit better on a vortex case than a viva and I think they were the original A Bug's Life and Nightmare Before Christmas releases that included digital copies instead of DVDs. Just a thought that you might want to try out, since it appears that discmakers does still sell 2-disc Elite cases without eco holes in them. If you just prefer Vortex cases, then sorry this won't help you out with your problem at all.

I am looking for a blu-ray replacement case that holds 8, it is for Stargate Atlantis-seasons 1 & 2. I have not been able to locate one for this many discs. Any help would be well appreciated! Thanks.

Apologies if this has been answered before, but does anyone make 12 or 11mm versions of the see-thru (with no Blu-ray logo on top) cases that Criterions come in? It drives me crazy having so much valuable real estate wasted with those pointlessly wide cases.

The ebay listing is for five cases as well. They are sold by megadiscstore.com through ebay. I contacted them about buying a single case and they said to look for listings for 2 cases coming soon

I looked at the listing and didn't see anything mentioning multiple quantities so I assumed it was for a single case. Thanks for pointing that out, I now see it's stated in the title.

This is my choice. Every so often, I'll order 25 single and 25 double Viva Elite cases. I've made sure every Blu-ray case in my collection is the same. I don't change it if it's a unique case. There are a few in my collection I can't swap out, and I'm fine with the. The majority are the standard Viva Elite cases. I'm thankful for discmakers.com... they have exactly what I need.

haha, it seems we share the same...tendencies. i could have written this post. as it turns out, i just ordered another 25 of the singles and they should arrive thursday. i still need to go to outside sources for a few 3,4,5 and 6 cases here and there, as i take several of my larger multiple disc sets and put them in vivas to save on shelf space; but discmakers has been my go to since first being directed their way by another member. for that reason, i always try to pay it forward, if you will.

Same here, but I usually only order singles. I get enough double disc cases from selling the DVDs including in combo packs, minus the kids/family titles of course.

what size are the thick Disney releases? i.e. The Incredibles, or Prince Caspian 3 Disc.. is it 22mm Elite? and who sells them? i dont see them on casetopia's website
