Nickelodeon doesn't care that Tebow doesn't actually play, he still got nominated for male athlete of the year.

On March 23, Nickelodeon will hold its annual Kids Choice Awards, and when the nominees for favorite male athlete are announced, Tebow will be No. 1 on the depth chart.

The God-loving, clipboard-carrying QB is one of four nominees, going up against Michael Phelps, Shaun White and someone named LeBron James.

In case you are keeping score, Phelps won as many medals this summer (6) as Tebow completed passes this season with the Jets. White is the king of snowboarding while James, well, we hear he’s pretty good, too.

Things are looking pretty good for Green Bay to keep Jennings @ this point…..obviously something could change…..but if the offers are comparable between Green Bay and Minnesota…..i can’t see Jennings choosing to play w/Ponder of Rodgers!!

I'd love for New England to sign Bernard Pollard just so he can stop hurting their players, since he was the one that injured Tom Brady's knee in the 2008 season opener, caused Wes Welker's torn ACL on a tackle in the final game of the 2009 season (although in reality the turf was mainly to blame), sprained Gronk's ankle on a tackle in the 2012 AFC championship game, and concussed Stevan Ridley on a hit in this year's AFC title game.

Well there is training camp and practice throughout the season. Be careful.

The Lions and Reggie Bush have agreed to a 4-year deal, per multiple reports. I would guess this is the end of the line for Jahvid Best, who really needs to retire before he gets another concussion.

Lions agreed to terms with RB Reggie Bush, formerly of the Dolphins, on a four-year contract.

One of the worst kept secrets of free agency is no more. Bush provides some desperately needed big-play ability to a running back corps that simply didn't threaten defenses last season. Yahoo's Jason Cole has reported the Lions are hoping to make Bush a "full-time," three-down back. That could be a dicey proposition for a player with Bush's injury history, but he'll undoubtedly lead the Lions' backfield in touches so long as he stays healthy. An elite pass-catching back joining the league's most pass-happy offense, Bush is going to have a monster PPR ceiling in 2013. We would call Bush the favorite to lead all NFL running backs in receptions this season.

More Lions news

Lions agreed to terms with DL Jason Jones, formerly of the Seahawks, on a three-year, $9.5 million contract.

A versatile 26-year-old who played for Lions coach Jim Schwartz in Tennessee, Jones had 10 tackles and three sacks as a reserve for the Seahawks last season. In Detroit, he'll help fill the shoes of free agent defensive linemen Cliff Avril, Kyle Vanden Bosch and Sammie Lee Hill -- all of whom are expected to move on. Jones is a capable pass rusher than can kick inside on third downs. We suspect he will start at left end on base, early-down snaps.

Lions agreed to terms on a five-year, $25 million deal with CB Chris Houston.

The first cornerback domino finally falls. Houston was clearly the Lions' top cover man last season, often used to shadow opposing No. 1 receivers. He's miscast in that role, but would be an excellent No. 2 corner if the Lions choose to add a legit shutdown guy via the free agency or the draft. Now that Houston has signed, the markets for Aqib Talib, Sean Smith, Brent Grimes and Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie could develop quickly.

If they can continue to shore up that defense get Stafford to drop his cap hit by resigning him, same with Suh I think they can fix this team if they do it right. Apparently Glover Quin is also in town and is expected to sign today. Detroit's Defense might look a lot better after today.

Really sad to see so many great players leave just because of Flacco. Yeah I know he isn't a big hit this year to the cap, but seriously, this will cause so many problems.

Ellerbe, Krueger, Pollard, Boldin all gone. It's like winning the Super Bowl and immediately going into rebuilding mode because we overpaid our QB.
