This from someone who signs, "If a movie isn't in 3D it isn't really worth watching." Seriously?
God forbid I'd enjoy films from someone that makes no apologies for this style of films. His films are stupid, stylistic entertainment. You probably idolize someone like Tony Scott, who was essentially the same type of film director, with a more traditional editing style. I'm sorry that I have no faith in a film's potential because it's too f***ing full of itself. It is being pitched as some hip, mis-mash retelling of a classic story, that cares much more about it's production design, and how Jay-Z's songs fit into the film, than the actual story. It's not like Baz Lurhmann has a track record of bloated spectacles... But that Michael Bay, what a hack... Oh wait. ![]() Yeah, I have no respect for people like Scorcese, Coppala, Cameron, Hitchcock, Spielberg, Fincher or other respected directors. They all hacks compared to Bay. fitprod Last edited by fitprod; 03-15-2013 at 10:23 PM. |
