I just got Jersey Girl in a unpadded plastic mailer the other day & it was fine. The last Steelbook I got from BB.com was Dark Knight Rises; I don't remember exactly what it was shipped in, I think a cardboard sleeve - I would have remembered opening it with the anticipation of horror if it arrived only in a plastic mailer. It was perfect. I order from BB.com regularly as the nearest store is 45 minutes away, never had a problem. My pre-orders usually ship over the weekend and arrive on Tuesday, I have free expedited shipping with Premier Silver RZ.

HATE those freaking plastic mailers. I did however recently recieve Superman Returns steelbook that was in one of those. Suprised the s**t outta me but it was mint.
