From what I'm seeing, it sees the listening modes on the 605 are dependant on how the audio is being received. If it is coming in as PCM, the receiver gives me practically no options. If the signal is being received as bitstream, I get a ton of options, including several that will matrix 5.1 to 7.1, such as Dolby EX and DTS Neo6. However, due to my player, the only bitstreamed inputs I can receive today are non-HD. So what I'd really like to know, If I could bitstream HD audio to the 605, would I get all the same options as I get with bitstreamed non-HD, or would I have the limited options as I do for PCM? Thanks again |
