Big W have all 10 of the Bond titles back in stock that they were selling for $8 each a few weeks ago, and they are still being sold for $8 each.

Pity they wern't available during the buy 2 get 1 free. But still cheaper than JBs current buy 2 get 1 free deal.
Comes to $80 + $8 - $16 delivery depending on location for all 10.

They were available at that price during Big W's B2G1F promotion, I bought them all, they just sold out really fast early on.

Might also pick up Killer Joe, Quiz Show and The Brood.

Woo hoo. I kept abstaining from the Buy 2 Get 1 Free because I KNEW a 20% off sale would come and I'd feel foolish.

Luckily this means I have plenty of funds and can go crazy

It only works out to be $2.13 less per title for the B2G1F ones, not really anything to financally celebrate over, a lot of people pay more than that for coffee every day

One days lunch for a couple, or 2 Pizzas, hell it cost me more than that for all the ingredients to make tacos for dinner last night

Edit: I'm not meaning to sound like a tool, I just thought the context of who I was responding to, where that member said "I would have felt foolish", was a bit of an extreme thing to say.

Dude, in the past if I waited for 20% off sales every time they had B2G1F/2 for $20/2 for $30, the money I would've saved would allow me to buy an extra 20 or 30 Blu-rays, easily.

With B2G1F, you save almost $7 per transaction. If I bought four batches from the B2G1F, I'd end up saving enough for another batch.

Was just about to post about the Dick Smith sale,my closest store was raided but I managed to snag the Rocky box set for $20 plus 9 other decent titles.

Just came back from the Springvale Dicksmith, managed to pick up quite a few titles, they still had more left but going quickly, they still had Mission Impossible box set, Jurassic park, Predator and Gangsters boxsets, plus a fair few movies.
Bought far more than i should have, only things i couldnt get that i wanted were Band of Brothers/Pacific set someone in ozbargain got the last one from the store i went to, and no other stores seem to have any, i also wanted Rocky set and Shrek set, but again all stores sold out, found one store with shrek but was already on hold for someone.
Did pick up grindhouse set, along with another 17 movies all for $105 total.

Not sure didnt say on the sign next to the Blus just had the prices, but i dont think that they will last much more than a day being on ozbargain.
Anything that is anygood would most likely be gone by tonight unless you can go to a store that is far away and not frequented by people.
The store i was at (Springvale, Vic) only had limited amount left, still fair bit of stock but a lot of multiple copies of the same movie, eg. harry potter, bond etc

There were limited box sets left and the movies that are left are stuff most of us would probably already have or really dont want. On that note they had a Glee Concert in 3d with a slip at Springvale if anyone is interested, I certainly wasnt
