I think that The Watcher in the Woods and The Black Hole are as close to R as Disney itself (not its affiliates) as ever wanted to be.

TWitW in particular, considered too dark, was toned down a lot along the way.

I can't remember which movie it was then, but it was in-fact an rated R and I remember it saying it, I believe thats how I got my friend to watch it, saying it was distributed by Disney.
