I'll be hitting the secondary market if BBY doesn't come through with the one they're supposed to get for me. I wouldn't mind spending $35 shipped for a sealed, mint copy if that becomes necessary.

I do wonder if BBY plans to manufacture and release more of these steelbooks? Why wouldn't they if the demand is there? Of course, if they destroy the presumed exclusivity then that could hurt sales of future releases.

Scored a Steelcase at Best Buy yesterday, the last one on the shelf, in pristine condition; after being told the day before on the phone (they, along with all nearby locations, were OOS).

Sounds like we are in a similar situation. Mine was supposed to be there yesterday/today...but when I called CS they called the store and said early next week and it IS coming in...or so I was told. Based on the other post that there are none going out of distribution or whatever... i'm gonna be very disappointed because I asked everytime. If it's not going to happen just tell me now so I can move on... but I've been reassured no less than 3 times now that I will get my copy, despite all the f*ckery going on with my in-store pickup dilema since Tuesday.... I won't b*tch and whine if I don't get it, that's the nature of this hobby....but I will b*tch and whine about all the bullsh*t they're putting me through. I don't like being toyed with, let alone having someone drag something out unnecessarily...

they may restock this so dont feel so bad. I was able to score 2 copies of Underworld 4 a full 2 weeks after initial release day, which made me very happy considering how pissed I was to watch a dude walk out the door on release day with all 5 copies in hand.

If anyone would like to help a fellow blu ray member out and sell me (or trade for Les Mis) an extra copy of ZDT at cost or close to it (something reasonable), I would love to take it off your hands. I had no idea of the limited aspect of this one and went to multiple BBs and struck out.

You never know... the cards might be flip flopped next time around and I might be the one to help someone out.
