Yes.
I have WinDVD 9.
PowerDVD 7.3.3730a is less resource intensive than WinDVD 9.

Until PowerDVD 8 gets released to where I can try it... between the two above I have now, I will stay with PowerDVD Ultra 7.3.3730a.
