Got basic Photoshop/photo editing skills? I need you, please!

I have an image I want to create with the headshot of someone and a quote by them beside it. I've seen those out there but do not know where to go to do them. I know there's those meme generators but that's not what I'm looking for.

If anyone knows how to do this and would be willing to help me with this, I'd be greatly appreciative!

If its something as simple as putting some text over a photo, I would be happy to help. Did you have a particular font you wanted to use? Or style of font? Is there maybe an example of what you want that I could see so that I know exactly what you are wanting?
