Bought this from JB today and guess what? According to the packaging...

NO DTS-HD!!!!!!!!!!

EDIT: Just had a quick look at the first disc and it has a sound format select. It has both Dolby 5.1 AND DTS-HD MA 5.1.

Once again, the cover is in error.

shame about the packaging but who cares if the discs got the goods all is good.

Can you tell us if the picture is it 1080p ?

Also what about the bonus material.

It is funny...The first set carried the DTS-HD Master Audio logo although it was just Dolby Digital. Now the second season packaging lists only lossy audio but it actually HAS DTS-HD Master Audio apparently. Seems they got it exactly the wrong way around...

I preordered this set with Mighty Ape since they are cheaper than JB Hi-Fi and I already might have to pay additional taxes :-(.

Can anyone reveal if the picture is 1080p this time around? The first set was 1080i.

Also: Can anyone take a picture of how the set is packaged?

it is 1080/24p its in a steel book like the first one.

I don't know if it is 1080p or 1080i. From what I have seen so far, there are no bonus materials.

It's 1080p. The steelbook looks lovely on the outside, but it's pretty lazy on the inside...four disc hubs for only three discs. All the ones at the JB I went to had a loose disc inside...fortunately no scratches on mine. I'm getting rid of the steelbook and swapping it out for a standard 3 disc case and a custom cover.

Although a slight correction: Season 1 is not a steelbook. Steelbooks are only the sets by the manufacturer Scavano from Denmark. This might be important for collectors. Instead Season 1 was in a Star Metalpak. For steelbook lovers the difference might be significant ^^.

Is season 2 in a real steelbook or some kind of metal pak again?

I received my edition yesterday and it is a Star Metal Pak - so no steelbook but the same Tin like the first season.

BUT the case is DVD size, so it is bigger than season 1. But the quality of the print is very good - the case looks really nice.
