I personally don't have access to an IMAX screening, but if I were you; I would definitely see it in IMAX. I am seeing in the biggest screen possible, which for me is the Marcus "UltraScreen"

IMAX would be insane, the T-Rex roar would probably bleed my ear drums.

I would not call my IMAX screen true IMAX. More like IMAX lite. It is pretty small to be considered IMAX in my opinion. The sound does really rock though.

Yeah, I've been to IMAX screenings, but it's mostly been for animal 3D documentaries.

Anyways, anyone else excited to see the "Raptors in the kitchen" sequence on the big screen? IMO the most suspenseful scene of all time along with the abduction of Barry in Close Encounters Of The Third Kind.

I'm seeing it, although I wish my theater had a 2D option. Still, I have a lot of $12 movie tickets left over from the General Mills promotion, so een a 3D ticket will only leave me aout $2 out of pocket.

I Heard that the 3d for jurassic park is the same studio that did the 3d conversion for titanic. I have the titanic in 3d and it is the best conversion of 2d to 3d i've seen so far. Also, I tend not to watch 3d movies unless its filmed in native 3d.

Definitely going to see it in IMAX

This was one of very few movies that "wowed" me when I first watched it in theater. Can't wait to see it again in bigger screen

This one is tough. I already own the trilogy and for the same price as I could go see it in theaters, I could buy it n 3-D when released and watch it in my home over and over. I'm already planning on buying it so its just an extra $15 to see it with a bunch of strangers who (hopefully have already seen it so no crowd reactions)

I would - but it's not out in the UK until the end of August.

But, when it does, even though I'll have the 3D blu-ray by then, I'll be there again and again and again. Not only is it one of my favourite films but some films are made for the big screen and deserve to be seen there whenever you get the chance, no matter how good your home theatre is.

I've seen this film 10 times on the big screen since it came out, can't wait to do it a couple more times.

Going to wait for the 3D Blu release. Happy for those of you that are going to see it. Let us know how the 3D is.

Going next Sunday to see it in IMAX

Can't wait! It was the first VHS I purchased as a kid. I was 12. Man I can't wait to relive my childhood in IMAX for my 32 bday!

Does anyone know where I could see this in IMAX in the dc metro area?

Don't like paying to see old movies, so I'll use my SCENE points to get in for free at the IMAX
