I hate when people say Thor wins because he's a God. If he's a God so then why does he always gets raped by the Hulk?

Because Writers know that fans like you prefer Hulk to win, simple. Same thing for WW vs Superman, they go the politically correct way.
Heck, one could argue that because she is a bombshell in a skimpy costume and thus appealing to teenager boys and young adultmales (prime demo target for comics), they upgraded her from a simple Amazon (human) with invulnerable bracelets and a lasso of truth to a god-like being that can fly, carry planets and other retarded feats.

P.S: Thor still wins vs Superman

There's two versions of Wonder Woman. One, she is made out of mystic clay that the Gods created and another where she's the natural born daughter of Zeus. So I don't see what's so human about her.

Here is the original, and she was described to be strong enough to pull a steel door off its hinges, run as fast as 60mph, and jump from building to building. Far cry from the Planet pulling goddess we have now.

Agreed that Thor should win based upon Superman's vulnerability to magic (which Thor has in spades). Superman only wins against Thor because the writers don't want Superman to lose to Thor (like in Avengers vs JLA).

Wonder Woman also can increase her strength by using her "Gauntlets of Atlas".

Which means she's 10x more stronger then before.
