Thought that might be the case. How would you rate it? Which review would you say was more accurate?

I have the US Digibook and the transfer is alright. Nothing amazing it IMO definitely a step up from the DVD version.

As pedantic and weird as this may sound, the lack of Forever and Robin is kinda putting me off this. Just my sub-conscience of completion-ism and OCD is telling me to stay away. Lovely design though.

I don't care much for them because they're complete cheesballs if somewhat popcorn watching fodder, but i see them eventually gettin released.

Nolan's trilogy and Burtons two-some are probably the most well loved and best versions to have, so i'm glad they're coming first. Batman and Batman returns haven't got the best artwork, but it's straight to the point in terms of identifying them from Nolans.

TDK trilogy are a mixed bag. With Batman Begins entirely missing the mark, TDK being too similar of a re-hash of the countless Best Buy releases and TDKR steelbook, actually not doing enough to really push the boat out.

Overall though, TDK steelbooks the strongest looking of Nolan's, while these Burton steelbooks are even steven. Not a deal breaker, but damn i wish they'd emboss them

Which won't match, have the titles the other way round on the spine, have French text on the back and will probably end up being G1 size. I know WB said they don't use them any more, but I'll put money on it that they are.
