I would change all of your speakers crossover settings to 80Hz.
The sub 120Hz crossover setting is correct.

Where did Audyssey set your subs level at?

Also you should strongly consider getting a second subwoofer.
You'll get smoother bass response and tackle the negative effects of standing waves in your room.
