I was also hoping there was a place to pick up 2/3/4 disc inserts as well. I will email scanavo also. Thanks guys.

I emailed them months ago and never got a response. If you hear something let us know. I am sure there are quite a few people looking to do this. In the mean time I found a TDKR steelbook on eBay for $10 that I might buy just for the inside disc holder.
