ok I got PMs for more then copies I have so I decided to give one away for free and sell 4 copies. I had 3 extra I was supposed to give to family members but they didn't want them anymore.
so I have 5 total. one will be a giveaway and 4 for sale.
not sure if this breaks any forum rules if it does let me know too lol.
I might have to start a thread for this. but if you guys don't like this let me know and I will just think of some other fair way.

Apparently, alot of steelbooks arent on their system now, at least at my local BB. They like completely overnight have no stock of any steelbooks whatsoever. I went in a couple weeks ago to get ZDT steelbook actually, and the place was bare as hell of movies. I found one steelbook of Sherlock Holmes GOS, which was kinda hidden behind some dvds and it wouldnt come up on their system when they tried to ring it up. I dont know whats up yet, but i hope my local BB isnt closing down.

Zero Dark Thirty Steelbook restock?

I would like to find out if the steelbook version of Zero Dark Thirty will be getting restocked ever, either online or for in-store pick up, or was this a one-time production run. I currently have an in-store pick up order in limbo because my local store sold out after I placed my order. I contacted customer service through the online chat and they just confirmed what bestbuy.com already stated: that my store is sold out, no store within 100 miles has a copy, and that the movie isn't available for shipping. Thank you in advance.

I know how popular the steelbook versions of releases like Zero Dark Thirty are and I’m really sorry that your local store was unable to fulfill your pre-order.

It appears that this was a limited availability version and is currently showing as being discontinued. I don’t anticipate that we’ll be receiving any future shipments of this in-store or on BestBuy.com.

I apologize for any inconveniences this has caused, and please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

The BB I shop at still has one of these on the shelf, I wasn't crazy about the movie but have been eyeing it my past few trips in there thinking maybe I'd grab it when U&S starts but reading how hard to find they are for the last few pages has me thinking I should just grab it tomorrow on my way home from work.

IDK I usually have real good luck finding exclusives weeks. sometimes months after release. I bought and shipped out about a dozen preorder metal cases for members here from late Dec til a few weeks ago, cases for The Avengers, Finding Nemo & The Muppets, last weekend I was in a BB that still had 15 Greyjoy GoT S2. This particular BB still has some MIB 3 steels and if I looked around I could probably find another rarity or two.
