We're still discussing it. Hopefully we'll have a list for the month in the next few minutes.

Sweet! A good opportunity to watch some of the bigger Criterions I haven't seen yet. Great idea iScottie!

Just to give credit where it's due, Edward Grugg came up with the idea. iScotties put in a nice bit of work too. Thanks Guys

You guys are certainly welcome.

Coming to this forum and sinking into The Criterion Collection has opened me up to a whole other world of film that I did not know existed. I've matured beyond my years and learned to analyze these films so much over the past few months and I really hope others will too.

The collection is very diverse, but great nonetheless. With all of the back and forth discussion, we'll be able to understand a film inside and out by the time each week is over!

I just watched 12 ANGRY MEN back in January, but it's been at least a year or two (or more) since I've watched any of the others. I'd recommend for people also to watch the original teleplay of 12 ANGRY MEN that's included as a bonus feature, perhaps first if you haven't yet seen the film version, as they make for an interesting comparison.

This will be a good excuse to take another look at all of these! (Especially THE 400 BLOWS on the big screen, since my screen is now wider than the last time I watched it!) Also time to revisit (or finally get around to) the various bonus features on those discs. (Bonus features are your friend. Especially Criterion bonus features, for the most part.)

Awesome!

I own every film on the list.

I have been thinking about re-watching Wings of Desire. Now I have some extra incentive.

Thanks! Great idea!
