Any US folks have any experience with Zavi's customer service? I've had 6 steels come in from them so far. 2 have fairly obvious damage, another has a tear in the plastic, and another might or might not have an issue with the spine so far.

I'm worried about the Life of Pi order I have in with them if thats how the odds are working out so far.

+1. It doesnt look much on a screen but its very nice up close - I really like the debossed title. Well worth under £9.

I had a quick look at the disc (I know thats controversial in the steelbooks forum

). The PQ isnt as bad as I had been led to believe. Just goes to show...

Was on the fence about this one for a while. I didn't even jump on it when it was £8.95. I had it in my cart and everything but never bought it.

I don't really know why... but the other day when Zavvi had it again for £10.95, I snagged one!

Haven't got it yet, but so glad I finally pulled the trigger.
