Won't be supporting the local release of this one. I made it clear to Sony on their Facebook page that any studio not willing to promote what has arguably been one of the best performing and critically well-received horror films of recent times by choosing to not give it a theatrical release will have said Blu-ray release boycotted. It might not mean much even if the same studio is releasing it elsewhere but I made it clear my money will be spent in another country. If they won't put money into a local release and support local cinemas and staff then I will not financially support their decision.

Interesting. I'd been in touch with both theirs and Avoca Beach theatre managers and both had said no.

Due to legal reasons the Australian site can only sell Australian titles, unlike the rest of their domains which sell everything but Australian titles. The AU site ships to NZ - think it was $6 per order last time I checked.

I know Anamnesis posted dates for these already, however they are now up for preorder on Ezydvd's site, which pretty much guarantees their release as being reality

I hope so, if it comes with the special features and extras I would expect it to be the same. Only time will tell
