Update again: Called infinity. Much busier on fridays!
They gave me no hassle about sending me another woofer for the left one. They said no problem like instantly and did not ask rhyme or reason why! I agreed to do their 3 question survey and praised the CSR as well. Infinity rocks on for their customer service, it is quite rare! No its not outsourced to India either
