Canada Anime 3D

Depending on your definition, you could look at these:

Ghost in the Shell: SAC (Bandai Visual):
https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Ghost-...Blu-ray/22706/

Tekken: Blood Vengeance (Bandai Visual):
https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Tekken...Blu-ray/26959/

Yu-Gi-Oh! Bonds Beyond Time (Manga Home Entertainment):
https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Yu-Gi-...Blu-ray/22079/

Oblivion Island: Haruka and the Magic Mirror (WVG Medien), Japanese and German:
https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Oblivi...Blu-ray/27677/

Enjoy!

009 Re Cyborg. It's basically CG animation that looks like hand drawn animation (If someone didn't knew it was CGI they wouldn't have noticed the difference).

However... it's also fairly expensive: http://www.yesasia.com/global/009-re...0-en/info.html

P.S. It haves english subtitles.

? I don't think I understand your point.
Do you mean the content? If so, isn't almost all anime made in Japan?
Do you mean availability? All of them are available worldwide online, there is no disc of the 5 above that you can't order in the US, AFAIK.

If we're including CG animation then Harlock: Space Pirate is one to add to the list here but I'd say Biohazard Damnation is probably my favourite.

I didn't think much of it myself but it's available cheaper in the UK: https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/009-R...Blu-ray/76078/ (Region B locked)

Sigh. I really wish Ghibli would do 3D conversions of their movies.

War of the Worlds: Goliath from 2012 is on blu ray 3D and a native 3D film, but with some major flaws like cel shaded characters floating above the ground as the film's attempt to show dimension with the elements in screen. It's an interesting film but I only watched it once since years ago. The 3D though is a mixed bag, mostly mild 3D, some medium 3D here and there, with some weird 3D layering.

On amazon, the blu ray 3D disc looks like it's 129.99 on sale. I think I paid $9.99 when I bought it new. I like the art style and animation, so I'll have to watch it again on blu ray 3D soon.

Does 'Oblivion Island: Haruka and the Magic Mirror' got a 3D release in cinemas, or a 3D conversion only for the disc? I searched the internet for quite some time but have not found any information about a 3D release in cinemas. Does someone know?

Best guess is that Oblivion Island is a German autoconversion, going by the reviews on Amazon.de.

I would love to have it in my collection, but not if it was only converted in 3D for the disc, and had no other 3D release (cinema, festival, TV, ...).

I only found this other picture where 3D is mentioned:

Both of those are a lot of fun. I'd agree with Damnation but that is an expensive disc to get.

In this case, I expect "3D animation" means a 2D CGI movie.

The first Garden of Sinners movies is available in 3D. It's not English-friendly though.

The 3D is pretty flat on this one. I understand the series is pretty popular, but I didn't like the movie either.

Dead Heat and Scoopers are true 3D anime from 1987, produced for the VHD system.

Dead Heat was uploaded to Youtube last year with subtitles, viewable in SBS or Anaglyph.

The same account recently uploaded Scoopers as well.

This article by Discotek's Justin Sevakis talks about their unique production.
