@ nefilim: i didn't just kill threads, people were avoiding the general chat section because of me. notice how just 4 days ago people were posting here left and right. if you're a good observant you'll know the regular posters here (don't want to mention names as i might get in trouble) have disappeared. for the past month there's non-stop conversations going on in at least 4 of the threads here. if you notice though, the last 3 days this place has been dead and that was when i started posting comments on those 4-5 busy threads and everyone got pissed off by my presence. i am such an outcast, man!

just watched BBC document about Iraq war : how US and UK were fooled into that war - no 45 min. rockets - no WMD - no mobile missile launchers - no single piece of evidence of reason to war was found !

way to go US and UK ....

ours caught a lizard yesterday. she's caught several animals, but never a lizard. and she always wants to bring them in the house. the last two i caught her with were still alive and i got her to let them go and made sure they got away. i know it's in her instinct, but if it's still alive i try to get her to let it go.

back on topic.....

i'm resting before i get in the shower. i'm tired, hot and sticky. but not in a good way.

i spent most of the day up on the roof of my shop getting the felt put down. that was until i had to make a trip to lowe's because i ran out of felt; i was about 8 feet shy and had to buy another whole roll. but i'll use it later when i put down the floor in the shop so no worries there.

This one was still alive. He tried to bring it in the house but I picked him up before he could get in. I tried to pull it out of his mouth but I just pulled its tail off! It freaked me out for a sec until I remembered their tails grow back.

I don't think they were fooled into anything. I think they knew exactly what they were doing.

My cat brought me a robin's egg once. We have a stream behind my house so she catches lizards, frogs, newts, and salamanders much too often.

She's brought live birds into the house before.

Hey sorry, I never saw your post. I've only been living here since the end of '10 and I have been living at the same place the whole time. It's pretty expensive out here. Definitely costs more here than where I lived before. I don't know what the average is.

no need to apologize! i used to live in the tri-valley. i am now living in san joaquin county. i am unemployed and it sucks because there's hardly anymore jobs available even in the tri-valley area. yahoo just released an article stating that san ramon is the number one city when it comes to highest earning americans. how crazy is that that i used to work there and now can't find any jobs at all. i just thought i'd definitely land a job in san jose because i've worked at major corporations in office settings and could possibly apply at companies like yahoo or google. but like you said, it's very expensive to move there and i probably wouldn't be able to afford living by myself unless i land another really high paying job.

and nope, not living with MBF... that was just a joke. i don't think he'd like me as a roommate.
